摘　　要：采用同位素直接法膀胱造影（ＤＲＣ）与Ｘ线排尿式膀胱尿道造影（ＭＣＵ），对２２例膀胱输尿管返流（ＶＵＲ）患儿进行对比检查。结果在２７次对比观察中，ＭＣＵ阳性４０侧，阳性率为７４％，ＤＲＣ阳性３５侧，阳性率为６４．８％两者差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），故认为ＤＲＣ在诊断ＶＵＲ时具有与ＭＣＷ相同效果，是一种切实可行的方法。另外，在ＤＲＣ漏诊的９侧返流均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，而ＭＣＵ漏诊的４侧重度返流，ＤＲＣ均有发现，提示ＤＲＣ不易漏诊重度的输尿管返流。Paired X--ray micturating cystourethrography (MCU) and direct radionuclide cystography (DRC) were used to study 22 children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), observed for 27 times.MCU discovered 40 out of 54 with reflUx (positive rate 74%) and DRC 35(positive rate 64.8%). Compared the results by X2 test, P>0.05. This shows that statishcaly there were no differences between the two methods. Perhaps DRC is just as sensitive a method as MCU in diagnosing VUR. It is an ideal method for the dingnosis of children with reflex. In addition,the 9 units with reflux that were not discovered by DRC were 1￣2 grades, the 4 units reflux not discovered by MCU were severe reflux showed by DRC. This means that DRC will not miss any severe reflux.
