摘　　要：保税物流中心(B型)是现代物流发展的新业态,文中从保税物流中心的基本内涵出发,探讨了我国西部建设B型保税物流中心战略价值和应注意的问题,提出了规划建设B型保税物流中心方法,力求推动西部地区外向型经济发展。Bonded Logistics Center （Type B） is a new business of the developing of the modem logistics, this article explores the strategic value and the attentions to the problems of the constmcting type B bonded logistics center of western China which starts from the basic content of bonded logistics center, puts forwards the methods of the planning and construction of type B bonded logistics center, seeks to promote export-oriented economic development of the western region.
