摘　　要：沿海港口与运输,对我国国民经济发展、综合实力提升以及国防建设具有十分重大的战略意义。文中对近期国务院批准的我国沿海构建五大港口群体、八大运输系统进行了解析和说明。Coastal harbor and transport contributed a critical effect to the national economic development and comprehensive strength as well as national defense construction strategically. Buildingfive chief harbor group and eight main transport system which approved by the State Department was analyzed and illustrated in the paper.
