摘　　要：刑罚易科制度是许多国家的重要刑罚执行制度,而我国刑事立法并未吸收该制度,这直接导致了我国执行制度的单一。对刑法易科制度探讨,以求其在我国建构的合理性、可行性。The exchanged penalty system is the important performance systems of many countries ,but the making of our criminal law doesn＇t absorb . This directly causes that our penalty system is single. To study the exchanged penalty system, in order to search the rational of the exchanged penalty system in our country.
