摘 要:目的探讨中成药糖脉康对糖耐量减退(IGT)者的干预效果。方法将50例IGT患者随机分为治疗组(n=24)和对照组(n=26),2组在进行基础治疗的同时,治疗组给予糖脉康5 g,口服,3次/d,对照组给予二甲双胍0.25,口服,3次/d,观察2组治疗前后空腹及餐后2小时血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数(insu lin sen-sitive index,ISI)、糖尿病转化率。结果2组治疗后餐后2小时血糖、空腹胰岛素、ISI均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),但2组间比较差别无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组糖尿病转化率为12.50%,年转化率为6.25%;对照组糖尿病转化率为11.50%,年转化率为5.75%,2组间比较差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论糖脉康可改善IGT患者的胰岛素敏感性,延缓IGT患者向糖尿病转化。Objective To explore the effects of Tangmaikang on impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods 50 patients with IGT were randomly divided into a control group and a test group (n = 26 and 24 respectively). In addition to the primary dietary treatment, the test group was given Tangmaikang 5 g tid, while the control group was given metformin 0.25 g tid. The concentrations of blood glucose and insulin, and insulin sensitive index (ISI) were determined before and after treatment. The diabetes conversion rate was also noted. Results The postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin and ISI in the two groups were improved significantly after treatment (P 〈 0. 01 ). The diabetes conversion rate was 12.50% and 11.50% in the test and control group respectively, with the annual conversion rate being 6.25% and 5.75% respectively. There was no significant difference in effects between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Tangmaikang can improve ISI in IGT and is effective in retarding the conversion of IGT to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
