摘 要:目的观察大豆异黄酮对进食高胆固醇饲料去卵巢兔血脂及血清SOD、MDA的影响。方法雌性6月龄新西兰大白兔32只,随机分为正常对照组、假手术高胆固醇组(假手术+2%胆固醇饲料)、去卵巢高胆固醇组(去双侧卵巢+2%胆固醇饲料)、大豆异黄酮组[去双侧卵巢+2%胆固醇饲料+90%大豆异黄酮500mg/(kg·d)]。实验8周时检测血清TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG浓度及血清SOD,MDA变化。结果去卵巢高胆固醇组与其他三组比较,血清TC,LDL-C,TG浓度显著增高(P<0.05),血清SOD活力明显降低(P<0.05),血清MDA含量显著增高(P<0.05)。大豆异黄酮组与去卵巢高胆固醇组比较,血清TC、LDL-C、TG浓度显著降低(P<0.05),血清SOD活力明显增强(P<0.05),血清MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论大豆异黄酮对高胆固醇饲料造成的雌激素缺乏兔血脂增高及其相关的自由基损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the effects of soybean isoflavone(SI) on serum lipids, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondi- aldehyde (MDA) in ovariectomized rabbits with high cholesterol diet. Methods Thirty-two 6-month-old female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (n = 8 in each group): normal control group (NC), sham-operated and high cholesterol diet group (SO+ HC), ovariectomized and high cholesterol diet group (OVX + HC), and ovariectomized, high cholesterol diet and soybean isoflavone group (OVX + HC + SI). The rabbits in NC group were fed normal rabbit diet, and the rabbits in the other three groups were fed 2 % high cholesterol diet for 8 weeks. The rabbits in OVX + HC + SI group were also fed soybean isoflavone [ 500 mg/(kg· d) ]. Serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), triacylglycerol (TG), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results Serum TC, LDL-C and TG significantly increased in OVX + HC group, and there was significant suppression of SOD activity and obvious increase of serum MDA compared with the other three groups ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with OVX + HC group serum TC, LDL-C and TG significantly decreased in OVX+ HC+ SI group, and there was significant increase of SOD activity and obvious decrease of serum MDA (P〈 0.05). Conclusion SI has a protective effect on lipid metabolism and radical damage in the ovariectomized rabbits with high cholesterol diet.
