摘 要:目的建立康宁颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-醋酸(35∶61∶4);检测波长335nm。结果野黄芩苷在6.0-30.0μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程Y=28437X+3224.4,r=0.9994。平均回收率为(98.8±1.4)%,日间和日内精密度均小于1.4%。结论采用高效液相色谱法作为康宁颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法,其操作简便、快速、准确可靠。Objective To develop a method to determine the content of scutellarin in Kangning granula. Method The high performance liquid chromatometry was used with the C18 column as static phase and the methanol-aquafer-acetic acid(35 : 61:4)as the mobile phase at the violet detectable wavelength 335 nm. Results The linear range for scutellarin was 6.0 - 30.0 μg/ml, and the regression equation was Y = 28 437X + 3 224.4, r : 0. 999 4. The average recovery was (98.8 + 1.4) %. The RSD of inter-day and intra-day were lower than 1.4%. Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatometry is fast, simple and accurate to determine the content of scutellarin in Kangning granula.
