摘　　要：叙述了用低温碱性洗毛工艺洗涤12μm超细毛的工艺条件,该工艺也可推荐用于64支、66支、70支毛的洗涤。文章以五槽洗毛机为实例,介绍了工艺计算过程,确定了洗涤时间、温度、pH值和洗涤剂用量。In this article are described the processing conditions in washing 12 μm super-fine wool by use of low temperature alkalinity. This washing process can also be applied to the washing of 64, 66, and 70 counts of wool. Taking 5-channel washing machine as an example, the process calculation and the determination of the washing time, temperature, pH value and washing agent dosing are also detailed in the paper.
