棉纺环锭细纱机的赛络纺改造及成纱质量分析

摘　　要：分析了毛羽的成因及传统降低毛羽的方法,介绍了环锭细纱机的赛络纺改造方法和步骤,并对赛络纱与普通环锭纱成纱质量进行了比较,结果表明,对普通棉纺环锭设备进行赛络纺改造是一种适合目前我国现状,简单易行,具有良好经济效益的纺纱方法。The reasons of hairiness formation and the traditional method to decrease hairiness are analyzed. The method and steps of reforming the ring-spinning frame to Siro spinning are introduced. By compared the quality of ring-spun yarn, compact-spun yarn and Siro-spun yam , it clearly indicates that Siro-spun is suitable for the current situation of our country with good economic benefit and easy to be reformed on ring frame.
