摘　　要：介绍了同时进行生条质量内外不匀率控制的新方法,影响外不匀率的主要因素是棉卷间的定量差异和梳棉机台落棉率差异,影响内不匀率的主要因素是棉卷的均匀度和梳棉机的机械状态,文章通过大量试验数据验证了新方法的有效性。In this article is introduced a new way to control carded sliver＇s inner and outer weight uniformity. The maim factor affecting the sliver＇s weight uniformity is the uniformity of the lap and the mechanical status of the carding machine. A great deal of test dates done in this article proves the effectiveness of this new way.
