摘  要:目的:观察抗血栓药材有效部位的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、玻璃毛细管法、高脂血症模型等试验方法,测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率,血小板聚集抑制率、凝血时间及血脂水平影响。结果:山楂叶、黄杞叶、甜茶藤、榕树须等洗脱部位能提高小鼠脑血栓的恢复率,具有一定的抗脑血栓作用;黄皮叶、榕树须、黄杞叶、甜茶藤等能降低血小板聚集率,具有一定抗血小板聚集作用;榕树须、黄皮叶、甜茶藤、首乌藤、黄杞叶等能明显延长凝血时间,具有一定的抗凝作用;榕树须、黄杞叶、甜藤茶、山楂叶等能明显降低TC、TG的含量,具有降血脂作用。结论:各种洗脱部位的复筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。Objective: To observe the effective sites of antithrombotics for promoting blood flow and dissolving blood stasis. Method: hemiplegia of rat, platelet aggregation, the method of capillary glass tube, the model of hyperlipemia, were used to determine the effects of drugs on protecting rate of cerebral thrombosis" in rat, inhibition ratio of platelet aggregation, clotting time, the level of blood fat. Result: Eluting sites of Crataegus scabrifolia, Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall. , Ampelopsis grossedentata, Ficus microcarpa L. could increase recovery of cerebral thrombosis in rat, had certain effects to resist cerebral thrombosis; Clausena lansium,Ficus microcarpa L., Ampelopsis grossedentata, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. , Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall. could extend clotting time obviously, had certain anticoagulation, antiplatelet aggregative avtivity. Ficus microcarpa L.. , Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall. , Ampelopsis grossedentata, Crataegus scabrifolia could decrease the content of tiC, TG, had the effects to decrease blood fat. Conclusion: All various eluting sites screened again supply scientific evidences for exploiting and utilizing antithrombotics.
