摘　　要：文章综合了近年来中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验,对其病因病机的认识,认为病位在肠,但以脾、胃病理改变为主,尤以脾为中心,湿热为主要致病邪气;治疗方面归纳为辨证论治、基本方加减、中西医结合、外治法和针灸;针对今后研究提出了需要进一步解决的问题和改进的具体方案。The paper summarized the experience in treating colitis gravis with TCM. The disease location lies in intestines with main pathological changes in spleen and stomach, especially in spleen as the center. Humid - heat is thought to be main pathogenic factor. The treatment of TCM for the disease includes that syndrome differentiation, modification of basic prescription, combination of TCM and western medicine, external treatment and acupuncture; Aiming at future study,＇ the author advances some problems to be solved and concrete plans improved.
