摘　　要：经济适用住房作为我国住房体系的重要组成部分,是伴随着我国住房制度改革进程而产生、发展的。应该说发挥了一定积极作用,但也暴露出了一些实践中难以解决的问题、理论上无法解释的误区。本文就该制度本身暴露出的问题及改革建议进行了一些有益的探索。Economical ＆ applicable housing is one of the very important parts of our housing system. It is birthing and developing with the reform of our housing system. We can say that it has brought many positive actions; nevertheless, it has uncovered some problems in t he practice and some mistakes in the theory. This paper is searching for the problems and reform advice for this housing system.
