摘　　要：在华部分跨国公司出现的商业贿赂、走私、损害消费者利益等违反企业道德的行为,和我国当前政府部门监管不到位,法律体系不健全以及一些地方政府失职有着很大的关系。因此,必须进一步强化政府相关职能,完善法律制度,并利用非政府组织和舆论的力量,形成对跨国公司行为的监督与约束机制,以保障国家和消费者的利益。Such immoral behaviors of MNEs as bribery, smuggling, and harming consumers＂ benefits are relevant with the inefficiency of Chinese government, imperfection of law system and neglect of the duty by some local governments. Therefore, it＇s necessary to further enhance the efficiency of government, perfect law system and make use of the power of NGOs and of public opinions to set up a mechanism to supervise the behavior of MNEs and guarantee the benefits of our nation and consumers.
