演化视角下的金融企业集群发展动因研究

摘　　要：伴随着经济全球化趋势的日益明显,集群已成为区域经济竞争中的主导力量。金融企业集群作为现代金融产业组织理论的前沿领域,以其无法比拟的整合优势成为理论和实务界关注的热点。本文在对全球范围内的金融企业集群现象进行描述的基础上,总结了已有关于金融企业空间集聚和国际金融中心产生动因的研究成果,在此基础上从金融演化角度对金融企业集群产生的原因进行了剖析,对这种新兴集聚现象的兴起进行了全新的诠释。With the development of economic globalization, cluster has become the important force in competition of regional economy. With its integrated edge, financial enterprise cluster, the foremost field of modern financial industrial theory, becomes the focus in theory and practice. This paper, based on the description of such phenomenon in the world, makes a literature review on the causes of the agglomeration of financial enterprise and the development of IFCs, analyzes the formation of financial enterprises cluster from the perspective of financial evolution, and explains the phenomenon from a new angle.
