亚热带丘岗山区雨水资源开发利用初步研究

摘　　要：以亚热带丘岗山区的典型区域衡阳盆地为研究对象,分析了其雨水资源利用的必要性、可行性。提出了衡阳盆地雨水资源化的初步设想:一是强化雨水就地利用,构建衡阳经济社会发展的生态屏障;二是积极推广庭院雨水集蓄,发展庭院经济;三是适当发展雨水集蓄小型灌溉工程,提高农业生产的水分保证率。Hengyang basin is a typical hilly area in subtropical zone. The necessity and feasibility of rainwater resources utilization in the basin are analyzed in the paper. And the preliminary countermeasures of rainwater resource utilization in Hengyang Basin are put forward as following： Firstly, strengthening rainwater resource utilization on the spot so as to set up the eco-barrier of the economy and social development; secondly, actively popularizing rainwater collecting and storing in the courtyard to develop the courtyard economy; thirdly, properly constructing small-scaled rainwater collecting and irrigation projects to enhance water productivity of agricultural production.
