摘　　要：目的:了解江门市女性吸毒人群中性传播疾病流行情况。方法:对67例女性吸毒者的性传播疾病流行情况进行调查。结果:共检出性病37例,其中非淋菌性尿道炎(或宫颈炎)30例,HIV感染者3例,梅毒2例,尖锐湿疣1例,生殖器疱疹1例。女性吸毒者中检出率为55.2%(37/67),高于男性吸毒者中的44.2%(57/129),但两者相比差异无显著性。结论:女性吸毒者中性病感染情况严重,是性病传播的高危人群,应引起足够重视。Objective： To understand the situation of STD among female drug users in Jiangmen. Methods： 67 female drug users were involved in the investigation. Laboratory tests on STD were performed. Results： Among 67 female drug users, 37 were confirmed to have STDS （Nongonococcal urethritis/cervicitis were 30 cases, HIV infection were 3 cases, syphilis were 2 cases, condyloma acuminatum was 1 case , genital herpes was lcase） . The infection rate of female （55.2%） was higher than that of male （44. 2% ）, but there was no statisticac significance between them. Conclusion. The STDS infection rate among female drug users is high, they are at high risk for STDS spreading, and we should pay fully attention to this population.
