阿齐霉素联合阿希米治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿齐霉素联合阿希米治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效与安全性。方法:将263例患者随机分为治疗组(阿希米组)132例和对照组(甲硝唑组)131例,治疗组每天口服阿齐霉素,同时每日清水冲洗阴道后放置阿希米,6天1个疗程。对照组第天口服甲硝唑,同时每日清水冲洗阴道后放置甲硝唑,6天1个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是95.5%和83.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:阿齐霉素联合阿希米治疗细菌性阴道病安全有效,值得推广。Objective： To study the effect and safety of azithromycin unite asimit reatment for bacterial vaginasis. Methods： 263 patient were divided into the treatment group （132 patients） and control group （131 patients） . The treatment group received azithromycin by oral every day, and asimi was put in the vigina after the vigina was flushed with clean water every, day at the same time, with a treatment course of 6 days. The control group received metrondazale by oral every day, and metrondazole was put in the vigina after the vigina was flushed with clean wate every day at the same time, with a treatment course of 6 days. Results： Total effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 83.2% in the control group. The difference was statistically siginificant in the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： Azithromycin united asimitreatment terament for bacterial vaginasis was iffective and safe, and it is worthwhile to spread in clinical.
