摘　　要：运用组织学中职业工作和组织文化、组织构建以及冲突与辩证法的理论观点分析比较中美两国医院管理者与医生之间的关系。The relationships between managers and doctors of hospitals in China and USA are analyzed comparatively in the perspective of organizational theory, involving the occupational work ＆ organizational culture, organizational structuring and conflict ＆ dialectics.
