摘  要:测定暴露于不同汞离子质量浓度(0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25 mg/L)下草鱼血清和肾脏溶菌酶(LSZ)活性。在试验剂量和时间范围内结果显示,汞对草鱼血清和肾脏LSZ活性有剂量—效应关系和Hormensis现象。在0.05和0.10 mg/L浓度胁迫下,分别对血清和肾脏LSZ有激活作用;在高于0.05和0.15 mg/L浓度胁迫下分别对血清和肾脏LSZ有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。试验表明汞离子对草鱼具有显著的免疫毒性。In this study, the biochemistry methods were adopted to determine the activity of Lysezyme (LSZ) in serum and kidney of Grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idella)exposed at different Hg^2 + concentrations for 3-week. The results showed that with in a range of exposure dosages and duration, there existed linearity relationship between dosage-response in term of Hg^2+ on LSZ in serum and kidney. LSZ activity in serum was significantly increased at 0.05 mg/L (P 〈0.05) and in kidney significantly increased at 0.10 mg/L ( P 〈0.01 ) .While LSZ activity in serum was markedly descended at more than 0.05 mg/L (P 〈0.01),and in kidney markedly decreased at 0.20 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L(P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01 ) .All the results indicated that Hg^2+ possessed obviously immuno-toxicity to Grass carp.
