摘  要:用十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺电泳技术初步研究了橡胶树排胶过程中单位质量排出的胶乳、胶塞、胶盖和胶塞以下的树皮(不排胶树皮)中的橡胶素和几丁质酶含量的动态变化。结果表明,单位质量外排胶乳中橡胶素和几丁质酶含量依次降低,且停排后复割的胶乳中2种蛋白含量有明显的恢复;单位质量胶塞中的橡胶素和几丁质酶含量在排胶过程中逐渐上升,胶盖中含量最高;而胶塞以下不排胶树皮在排胶过程中橡胶素和几丁质酶含量均无明显变化。表明这2种蛋白可能在橡胶树排胶过程中起着非常重要的作用。The dynamic change of hevein and chintinase contents in expelled latex, the latex plug, the concretionary latex on laticifer wounds and bark below wounds were investigated with SDS-PAGE during the course of latex flow, The results indicated that hevein and chintinase content in the expelled latex became less and less with latex flow and increased obviously again in the latex collected when cut again after flow halt.However,two proteins became more and more in the latex plug during the course of latex flow. There were highest content of hevein and chintinase in the concretionary latex on laticifer wounds but no distinct change in the content of those in the bark without latex flow,All these results suggested hevein and chintinase might play important roles in latex exploration in rubber tree.
