摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设内容极其丰富,新村建设只是其中的一个重要方面。推进新村建设,必须严格按照新农村建设的目标要求,大力发展农村经济,科学合理地进行村庄农房规划,突出农民的主体地位,循序渐进,逐步实施。In the rich content of the socialist new rural reconstruction, the new village construction is only an important aspect. We must advance the new village eonstruction strictly according to the objectives of the new rural reconstruction, vigorously develop the rural economy, rural planvillages the housing in a scientific and rational way, and give farmers a dominant position： all the above should be carried out step by step.
