摘 要:四川盆地川东普光构造地层倾角大,特别是上部陆相地层,岩性多变,砂岩、泥岩、页岩互层频繁,井斜非常突出。被动防斜技术在川东普光高陡构造钻探过程中受其内在力学性质影响,无法实现防斜打快。而PowerV“全自动化”旋转导向垂直钻进工具,在钻进时会自动追踪井斜变化,自动设定和调整工具侧向力,使井眼轨迹快速返回垂直状态。在高陡构造地层钻进中,有效地解决了防斜和加大钻压之间的矛盾,可大幅度地提高钻井速度。以PowerV垂直导向钻井系统为代表的主动防斜技术,通过在普光7井的应用,证实了其在保证井身质量的前提下可最大限度地提高机械钻速。The Puguang Structure in East Sichuan Basin has high formation dip, especially in upper terrestrial formations, the lithology is varied, sandstones, siltstones and shales are frequently interbedded, the problem of deflection is prominent. The reactive anti-deflection techniques cannot be used in the Puguang exploration for fast and deflection-controlled drilling due to its inherent mechanics. While the full automatic Power V vertical rotary drilling tool can automatically trace the inclination variation, automatically set and adjust the side force on the tool to bring the well back to vertical during drilling, which can effectively handle the contradiction between the deflection control and the WOB increment during drilling in high-dip formation so as to largely improve the ROP. The application of the proactive deflection-control technique embodied by Power V rotary steer-able drilling system has proved the Power V can improve the ROP to the largest extent on condition the wellbore quality be ensured, has solved the fast and deflection controlled drilling challenge faced in Puguang Structure in East Sichuan.
