摘 要:四川盆地中部蓬莱镇构造X1井是1口生产了40余年的大水井,在经历自喷产大水、潜泵抽汲产水、再一次自喷产大水过程中,已由1口特大产水井变为具有工业采气价值的气水同产井。在前人研究的基础上,结合该井的近期开发动态资料,对产大水机理进行了分析研究,认为第一次自喷产大水主要因天然气的弹性膨胀作用,第二次自喷产大水是由于气水界面下降天然气大量窜入井底带水产出。此外,还对产生气窜的主要影响因素进行了总结,认为储气空间与井底之间的压力差、气水界面与井底的距离、储气层到井底渗流通道的好坏是天然气发生气窜的主要原因。如果钻遇井的水体没有经济价值,可以靠机抽排水的手段使天然气突破水体窜入井底并产出,从而实现经济利益。The well X1 located in Penglai-zhen structure of central Sichuan Basin has been producing water for more than forty years, experiencing the course of natural water flow, pumped water production and repeated natural water flow. And now, it already becomes a commercially valuable well producing both gas and water at the same time. On the fundament of the previous studies, the mechanism of strong water flow was investigated in this paper using recent production performance data of the well X1. It was deduced that the first water natural-flow was caused by elastic expansion of natural gas, and the second was brought out by bottomhole gas channeling due to descending of the gas-water contact. In addition, main affecting factors on gas channeling were also summarized in this paper, including the pressure differential between the gas zone and bottomhole, distance between the gas-water contact and bottomhole and the flowing capacity of the passages connecting the gas zone and bottomhole. It was thought that mechanical methods were helpful to gas breakthrough if the aquifer was not strong enough, so that commercial value of the well could be realized.
