摘 要:在水力旋流器数值模拟研究的过程中,湍流模型的选择非常重要。对同一水力旋流器在相同参数条件下分别选择不同湍流模型进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比。由于RSM模型(The Reynolds Stress Model)尽可能多地考虑了影响雷诺应力的因素,特别适合于模拟高速旋转流体,只要处理合理,模拟结果与实验测试结果的误差一般不超过10%;而κ-ε模型的模拟结果与实验测试结果相差太大,不适用于水力旋流器流场模拟。因此,在设计研究各种类型的水力旋流器时,首先推荐采用RSM模型模拟水力旋流器流场,根据工程目标,对水力旋流器结构进行优化设计,减少物理模型的实验,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。The selection of the turbulent model in the research of the hydraulic cyclone's numerical simulation is very significant. The hydraulic cyclone was simulated with different turbulent models under the same parameter condition. A comparison was drawn from the result of between the simulation and experiment. As the Reynolds Stress Model (RSM) considers a lot of factors which might affect the Reynolds stress, it particularly suit simulation of rotary fluid with high velocity. If treated reasonably, the error between simulation result and experimental test result will not exceed 10%. As the simulation result of k-ε model is far different from experimental test result, it does not fit simulations of flow field of hydraulic cyclone. Thus, the RSM is the first choice to simulate the flow field of hydraulic cyclone when design and research various types of hydraulic cyclones. Optimal design of the configuration of hydraulic cyclone should be conducted according to the project objective to decrease experiments on physical models, shorten the R&D cycle and reduce costs on R&D.
