摘  要:通过匀浆制膜法制备了载奥硝唑的羧甲基壳聚糖改性明胶膜。考察了膜机械性能、水分透过率和体外释药行为。研究表明,羧甲基壳聚糖和明胶具有良好的相容性。膜中羧甲基壳聚糖含量在25%~30%时的机械性较好;明胶含量30%~70%时,水分透过率在75%以上。载药膜在pH5.5磷酸盐缓冲液中约11h释放完全。The ornidazole gelatin film modified by carboxymethylchitosan was prepared by solution blending method. The mechanical properties, water transmission rate and the in vitro release behavior of the prepared film wore studied. The results showed that the carboxymethylchitosan and the gelatin had good compatibility, and the film with the carboxymethylchitosan content of 25 % - 30% had good mechanical property. The water transmission rate of the product with gelatin content of 30% - 70% was over 75 %. The drug-loaded film could release completely during 11h in phosphate buffer solution (pH 5.5).
