摘　　要：目的了解大学本科新生体质量指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)分布状况。方法检测2663名本科新生身高、体质量,采集空腹血3mL测TG。结果18.7%的男性和5.9%的女性体质量超标;7.1%的男性和1.05的女性肥胖;2.93%的男性及0.50%的女性TG高于正常值;BMI与TG呈正相关。结论男性体质状况较差,25.8%的男性和6.9%的女性属于体质量超标或肥胖,是防病工作的重点人群;与TG相比,BMI衡量学生的体质状况更全面。Objective To study the body mass index （BMI） and triacylglycerol （TG） in freshman in a university. Methods The height and weight were measured in the 2 663 freshman, and fast serum TGs were measured. Results Eighteen point seven percent of the male and 5.9 % of the female were overweight, and 7, 1% of the male and 1.0 % of the female were of obesity, and 29.3% of the male and 0.50% of the female were above the normal limits of TG. BMI and TG had positive correlation. Conclusions The healthy condition of the male is worse compared with the female, and 25.8% of the male and 6, 9% of the female are overweight or of obesity. They are the important populations of chronic disease control. BMI is more overall than TG in measuring the student＇s healthy condition.
