摘 要:为了综合处理含Pb、Ag、Au等的废料,已研制成一种电化学分离过程、在极化研究、溶液电阻测定和电解试验的基础上确定了最佳工艺条件,在此条件下获得了纯度99%Pb的良好阴极沉积物,电流效率高于98%,电能消耗降至117kW·h/TPb,Ag和Au进入阳极泥的回收率分别大于98%和99%。A electrochemical separation process was developed for comprehensive treatment of waste scrap containing lead, silver, gold etc. On basis of the palarization research, solution resistance determination and electrolysis test the optimum technology conditions were determined. Under the conditions a good cathodic deposite with purity of 99% Pb was prepared. The current efficiency was higher than 98%, the electric energy consumption was decreased to 117 kW·h / T Pb. The recoveries of An and An in the anode mud were more than 98%and 99% respectively.
