摘  要:利用毛细管点滴法测定了我国中部烟区和湖北省的6个地点烟(桃)蚜(Myzus persicae(Sul zer)种群对氰戊菊酯、氧化乐果、灭多威和吡虫啉的抗性。结果表明,河南禹州种群对氰戊菊酯抗性为敏感种群的14.68倍,对氧化乐果、灭多威和吡虫啉的抗性分别为敏感种群的5.50倍、2.18倍和2.20倍。河南襄县、河南泌阳、湖北秭归、湖北宣恩、湖北长阳对氰戊菊酯的抗性分别达12.78倍、12.04倍、11.24倍、9.36倍和7.93倍。The Myzns persicae(Sulzer) was collected from six main areas of planting tobacco of Henan province and Hubei province. The resistance to fenvalerate, imidacloprid, omethoate, and methomyl was tested by topical application of cappillary tube. The results showed that the resistance ratios of YZ -opoulation the Myzus persicae( Sulzer) collected from Yuzhou area to fenvalerate was 14.68 times ces comperead to that of susceptuble populatron. That of resistance rations were 5.50,2. 18and 2. 20folds to omethoate, methomyl and imidacloprid comared with YZ - population. The resistarwe ratio of XX - population ( collected from Xiangxian area). BY - population ( collected front Biyang area). ZG - population ( collected from Zigui zrea ). XE - population ( collected from Xun'en area) and CY-population(collected from Changyang area) was 12.78, 12.04, 11. 24, 9.36, and 7.93 folds to fenvalerate respectinely.
