摘　　要：数据转换是国土资源信息化和数据整合迫切需要解决的问题。本文分析了土地利用矢量数据交换文件VCT和Mapinfo两种数据格式的异同及其对应关系,研究了VCT数据与MAPINFO数据格式(MIF和MID)的转换方法,构建了利用VCT标准交换接口与Mapinfo数据格式迁移土地利用数据库的算法流程,并进行了转换程序的编制和应用实例的验证。For the construction of the China land and resources information and data integration, data conversion is the most exigent problem to be solved. The characteristics of landuse vector data exchange file（VCT） and mapinfo data format, and the corresponding relation of the geometry are analyzed. This paper studies the data translation method between VCT and mapinfo data format（ MIF and MID） , and finds out the work flow of data conversion. In addition, sudy on writing and realizing the conversion program were also conducted Finally, it presents its application and the conversion result.
