摘  要:水压传动是流体传动领域的研究热点,过滤器在水压系统中是非常重要的辅助元件。水的粘度较小,必须控制水压元件的配合面间隙,过滤器则应有足够的过滤精度;由于水有强腐蚀性,要求过滤器的壳体及滤芯使用抗腐蚀的材料。本文就如何适应水压系统的特点,合理地设计和安装使用过滤器,提出了相关要求。The water hydraulic transmission is the popular research topic in the field of the liquid transmission, while the filter is an important assitant device in the water hydraulic system. Water aherence isn't strong, so .the clearance of the assistant surface of the water hydraulic device must be controlled and the filter should have the enough filtering precision. Because water has strong causticity, the shell and core of the filter are required to be made of resistant causticity material. This article discusses the related requirement about how to suit the water hydraulic system and how to reasonably design, fix and use the filter.
