水分胁迫下湿地松优良半同胞家系的光合特性响应研究  被引量:10

摘  要:采用盆栽试验和光合测定的方法,以湿地松普通种子为对照(CK),测定了7个湿地松优良半同胞家系在弱度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为55%~60%)、中度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为35%~40%)和强度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为20%~25%)条件下的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)、表观量子效率(Фc)和羧化效率(CE)等光合特性。实验得知,湿地松光合特性对水分胁迫的响应规律是:各家系的Pn、Cond、Ci、Tr、Фc、CE随水分胁迫程度的加深而下降,其中Pn、Ci、CE几乎呈直线下降,各家系的WUE随着水分胁迫的加深先上升,至中度胁迫后下降,Cond、Tr在强度胁迫时趋近于0。不同程度水分胁迫下,不同家系光合特征不同,湿地松半同胞家系的光合特征值明显大于对照,是湿地松各家系生长快、产量高的主要生理原因。Through the tests of potted plants and measurement photosynthesis, this paper studies responses of photosynthetic character of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families compared with general slash pine(ab. CK). The net photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, CO2 concentration inside the cell, transpiration, water utilization efficiency,carboxylation efficiency and photosynthetic quantum yield are measured under different water strees (slight water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% ,moderate water stress while soil water content is 35 % to 40 % and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%). The law of photosynthetic character with water stress is that Pn, Cond,Ci,Tr,WUE,Фc and CE of slash pine's half-sib drop with increased of water stress. The Pn,Ci,CE also drop line. It also shown that the wup go to up firstly, then drops after moderate water stress. TheCond and Tr tend to 0 with heavy water stress. The photosynthetic character value of slash pine's half-sib is better than that of general slash pine. It is one of the physiological causes with fast growth and high yield of slash pine's half-sib.
