摘　　要：肺曲霉菌病是一种由曲霉菌引起的肺部疾病。该病的发生及临床表现、影像学特点、组织学表现取决于宿主的免疫状态和是否存在基础疾病。肺曲霉菌病有4种不同的类型:(1)过敏性支气管肺曲霉菌病;(2)腐生物曲霉菌病;(3)慢性坏死性曲霉菌病;(4)侵袭性肺曲霉菌病。本文就侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的诊治做一综述。Pulmonary aspergillosis is a spectrum of lung diseases caused by fungus aspergillus. The occurrence of this disease and its clinical, imaging and histological manifestations depend on the patient＇s immune status and whether or not there is chronic underlying lung disease. Four distinct forms of pulmonary aspergillosis are recognized ： （ 1 ） allergic bronchopulmonary asper- gillosis; （2） aspergilloma; （3） chronic necrotizing aspergillosis; （4） acute invasive aspergillosis. The diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis will be reviewed in this article.
