摘 要:在都江堰毗河供水工程规划工作中,采用了多目标动态规划法建立了大系统的数学模型,并综合使用了权重法、约束法、层次分析法将多目标动态规划模型转化为单目标动态规划模型,首先求解不同的拟定渠首规模对应的最优解,再综合分析最优解集的变化趋势,进而得到渠首的最优规模以及各囤蓄水库和总干渠规模的最优解,成果合理,为今后复杂的大型灌区规划工作提供了借鉴和参考。During the planning of Pihe River Water Supply Works of Dujiangyan Water Project, a mathematical model of large scale systems is established based on the multi-objective dynamic planning method, and the multi-objectlve dynamic planning model is converted into a single-objective dynamic planning model by synthetically using the methods of weighting, constraint and hierarchy analysis; with which the optimal solutions corresponding to the different planned headworks are solved at first, and then the changing tendency of the optimal solution set is analyzed comprehensively, furthermore, the optimal scale of the headworks and the optimal solutions for both the scales of the trunk channel of the canal and the storage reservoirs concerned are obtained at last. The practice shows that planning is reasonable and provides a reference for the planning of the other large scale irrigation areas under complicated conditions.
