无环鸟苷治疗RamsayHunt氏综合征

摘　　要：ＲａｍｓａｙＨｕｎｔ氏综合征系由带状疱疹病毒感染所致，面瘫为其主要临床表现之一，面瘫恢复常不满意。本文报告１９９０年７月以来，我院应用无环鸟苷静脉滴注，经８～２４月随诊，治疗效果较好。治疗组共９例，无环鸟苷２５０ｍｇ静脉点滴，一日两次，连续两周，同时口服强的松４０ｍｇ／日及神经营养药。对照组５例仅用同剂量强的松及神经营养药。经随访治疗组面瘫完全恢复率为７８．８％。对照组为１／５。结果表明无环鸟苷治疗Ｈｕｎｔ氏综合征效果满意。Abstract The effect of treatment of acyclovir on 9 patients of Ramsay Hunt syndrome was re- ported.All patients were given intervenous acyclovia 250mg two times one day for 2 weeks and oral prednisone 40mg/day.In follow-ups of 8 to 24 months,7 patients were grade Ⅰ recovery,one patient grade Ⅱ,one grade Ⅳ.But in control 5 patients,only one patient was grade Ⅰ,one patient grade Ⅱ,one patient grade Ⅲ and 2 grade Ⅳ.Result was showed that the acvclovir was a important role for treatment on patients of Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
