摘　　要：文章介绍了广西农业科学院农业科技人才队伍建设的现状、科技创新和创新人才培养的目标,以及加强高素质创新型人才队伍培养的措施。几年来,广西农业科学院通过建立人才的激励机制,实施多种多样的人才建设项目,多渠道拓宽人才培养途径,使农业科技人才队伍建设取得了突破性的进展。The status of agricultural scientific and technological talents team in Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences was introduced in the paper. The objectives of science and technology innovation and the cultivation of innovative talents and countermeasures were discussed in the paper. The inspiring mechanism for talents has established in the academy and various programs for talents team construction have been implemented for several years. The way for talents cultivation has been widened and significant progress has been achieved in the construction of agricultural science and technology talents team.
