摘　　要：文章从大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养着眼,介绍了大学生科技创新活动的重要意义,并详尽地阐述了东华理工学院从转变教育思想观念,建立保障机制,深化教学改革等方面构建大学生科技创新体系,开展大学生科技创新活动的探索与实践。This article introduced the significance of university students＇ extracurricular science and technology innovation from the angle of university students＇ innovation spirit and innovation ability fostering. Meanwhile,it detailedly elaborated the new system of innovation and the exploration and practice of development of the students＇ innovation activities in East China Institute of Technology on the base of changing educational notion, establishing ensurance system and deepening educational system.
