中药制剂引发28例花粉症临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨花粉症与中药制剂之间的相关性。方法对28例中药制剂诱发过敏症状的患者,进行花粉变应原检测,并应用EL_ASE法测定血清中总IgE和IgG4的含量。结果28例患者夏秋季花粉、蒿属花粉变应原检测均呈强阳性反应,血清中总IgE和IgG4含量平均值显著高于正常值。结论某些中药制剂与蒿属花粉等有交叉抗原性,可以诱发或加重花粉症症状。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the correlation between pollenosis and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） METHODS： Pollen allergometry was performed on 28 patients with TCM- induced pollenosis, and ELASE was applied to detect total value of IgE and IgG4 in the serum of the patients. RESULTS： All 28 patients reacted strongly positive to summer/ autumn pollen- antigen and Artemisia pollen- antigen, with the total value of IgE and IgG4 in the serum significantly above the normal value. CONCLUSIONS： Certain TCMs have cross antigenicity with Artemisia pollen, which can induce or worsen pollenosis symptoms.
