摘　　要：根据我国技术产权交易的委托代理问题、合谋问题和不对称信息,分析了技术产权交易中的合谋风险及其存在原因,有针对性地提出规避技术产权交易市场风险的对策和构筑包括法律监管、自律监管、行政监管、媒体监管和再监管的结构化监管体系.It analyzes the legal risk, collusion risk and the risk of information disclosure as well as their reasons through reviewing the problems of commission agent, joint plot and asymmetric information in China＇s property market. It aims at developing the countermeasures to avoid the risks of the property market and building a structural supervision system including： Legal supervision, self-regulation, administrative supervision as well as media monitoring and re-regulation.
