摘　　要：执政资源是执政理论的一个重要方面,它有着丰富的内涵。作为一个长期执政的党,作为在改革开放和社会主义市场经济条件下领导国家建设的党,我们党的执政资源还面临着一些亟待解决的问题。我们必须加强对执政资源的研究,努力探索巩固和扩充党的执政资源的有效对策,提高党的执政能力,巩固党的执政地位。Power resources is an important aspect of the theory, it is rich in its implications, we to scientifically grasp them; as a ruling party for a long time, as a party which leads state construction under the condition of reforming, opening to the outside and developing socialist market economy of the reform, she is also facing some resource issues which are eager to be solved. Under new historical condition, we must strengthen the study of ruling resources, make an effort to consolidate and expand effective measures improving the party＇s ability to govem and consolidating the party＇s ruling status.
