摘  要:以明胶为基础,研究了明胶溶液与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用后明胶体系的粒径、Zeta电位变化规律。结果表明,明胶与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用后,明胶体系的粒径显著增大。酸碱滴定表明:新配不浸酸铬鞣剂与明胶体系作用的Z-平均值在1300-5600nm范围,Zeta电位在pH值大于4的范围内为负值。明胶与不浸酸铬鞣剂作用6h后,Z-平均值在4800-12000nm之间,Zeta电位在酸性范围内出现多个等电点,说明明胶和不浸酸铬鞣作用6h后,在一定酸性范围内其表面电荷为零左右。本研究对于认识不浸酸铬鞣过程中的变化有重要指导意义。The grain size and Zeta potential of gelatin reacting with no-pickling chrome tanning solution on the base of gelatin was investigated. The results show that grain size of gelatin reacting with no-pickling chrome tanning solution will increase obviously. The acid titration showed that gelatin reacting with flesh no-pickling chrome tanning solution , the range of Z-average change between 1300-5600 nm,pH〉4, Zeta potential is negative value. No-pickling chrome tanning solution having reacting with gelatin for 6 hour , The range of Z-average change between 4800-12000nm and Zeta potential appear a few isoelectric points. It inducitate surface charge of gelatin reacting with no-pickling chrome tanning solution is about Zero. It is important to study change of no-pickling chrome tanning process.
