摘 要:难加工材料的铰削加工是困扰企业生产的难题。本文研制了一种深孔低频振动铰削系统,并在该系统上进行了振动铰削和普通铰削的对比试验。试验结果表明,振动铰削从根本上抑制了积屑瘤的形成,避免了已加工表面的犁沟和鳞刺;振动铰削的表面粗糙度Ra比普通铰削至少提高了3级,振动铰削的表面粗糙度Ry不到普通铰削的1/5,振动铰削使孔的已加工表面均匀一致,显著提高了深孔的表面质量。There are so many severe problems on the conventional reaming process of difficult-to-cut materials that badly restrict the enterprise’sproduction. A low-frequency vibration reaming system applied in reaming small caliber gun tube is developed. The experiment of vibration reaming and conven tional reaming is carried out by means of the vibration reaming system. The expe rimental results indicate that in vibration reaming processes, the formation of built-up edge (BUE) is suppressed which avoids the generation of plough ditch an d scales of hole surface. It is more important that the surface roughness Ra of the vibration reaming is enhanced at least 3 levels than that of the conventiona l reaming, and the surface roughness Ry is less than one-fifth of the convention al reaming. The surface finish of gun tube is greatly improved.
