摘　　要：针对制造型企业的实际需求,分析了工具管理系统的功能结构,研究了其与工艺设计、物资采购计划和成本核算等系统的集成,运用确定性存储模型进行库存控制,采用Visual Basic 6.0和ASP.NET开发了基于SQLSever 2000数据库的C/S和B/S混合模式的工具管理系统。Aiming at the actual requirement of the manufacturing company, the function structure of tool management system was analyzed. The integration of tool managment system and the systems such as CAPP, stocking system of materials and the cost calculating system was discussed, and the storage was controlled using the definite storage mode. Finally, on the basis of SQL Sever 2000, a mixed model of C/S and B/S was adopted to develop the tool management system using Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP.NET.
