摘  要:虽然定向钻穿越技术在管道建设中已经成熟应用,但是在施工中也会遇到一些问题,如断钻杆、冒浆、卡钻、地表塌陷等,特别是冒浆问题,不仅给工程带来经济损失,同时也会给地方的环境保护造成一定影响。文章依据实践经验,从穿越路径和设计参数、扩孔器和钻进速度、泥浆配比、薄弱部位的穿越等方面分析了定向钻穿越时冒浆的原因,并提出了相应的预防对策。Although directional drilling technique has maturely been used in pipeline constructions, some troubles still occurred in construction courses such as drilling pipe broken, mud spillover, drilling pipe stuck and ground surface collapse. Especially mud spillover is a tough problem, which causes not only the economic loss for a project, but also local environmental damage. Based on the practical experience, this paper analyzes the causes of mud spillover during directional drilling crossing in aspects of crossing route, design parameters, aperture expander, drilling velocity, mud mixture ratio and crossing through weak foundation. It also puts forward the preventive countermeasures.
