摘　　要：为消除组织内部及组织之间的“摩擦”,敏捷供应链应建成一个无缝供应链,协调性是考察保证其有序运行的重要指标。建立敏捷供应链协调度评价模型,应用实例对敏捷供应链协调度评价进行仿真,验证了提出模型的正确性与可行性。In order to eliminate friction of supply chain, the supply chain system must be built up to be seamless, and its coordination degree should be an important index of harmony in the system. This study builds up the evaluation model of coordination degree in agile supply chain, and applies a sample to imitate the correctness and feasibility of the evaluation model.
