摘　　要：提出了当前农村经济社会条件下,逐步建立和形成农村政策性、合作性和商业性担保共同构成完整的农村信用担保体系的基本思路与政策建议。This paper presents the basic thoughts and policy suggestions on how to construct rural credit guarantee system wholly that includes policy guarantee, cooperative guarantee and commercial guarantee on the basis of the rural economics nowadays.
