摘　　要：从研究招标文件、调查搜集资料、制定报价方案三方面分析了投标策略与技巧确定前的准备工作,对公路工程投标中的投标策略及其应用进行了详细阐述,总结了投标报价手法,以提高中标率,从而提高施工单位的经济效益。This paper analyzes the preparatory work before determining bidding strategy and technique from studying bidding documents, investigating and collecting information and establishing bidding scheme, illustrates bidding strategy and its application in highway engineering bidding, and summarizes bidding techniques, in order to increase successful rate in bidding and economic benefits of construction unit.
