摘　　要：目的建立乙胺吡嗪利福异烟片质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定乙胺吡嗪利福异烟片中盐酸乙胺丁醇利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的含量。结果盐酸乙胺丁醇、利福平、吡嗪酰胺和异烟肼均具有良好的色谱行为。结论盐酸乙胺丁醇、利福平、异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的高效液相色谱含量测定方法,可以用于制剂的质量控制。Aim To set up quality Standards of Yianbiqinlifuyiyan. Methods An HPLC method was established to determine the contents of ethambutol hydrochloride, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and rifampicin in the Yianbiqinlifuyiyan tablets. Results Ethambutol hydrochloride, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and rifampicin all had good chromatographic behavior. Conclusion The HPLC method for the determination of ethambutol hydrochloride, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and rifampicin could be used for the quality control of Yianbiqinlifuyiyan Tablets.
