天王补心丸安神活性部位的筛选

摘　　要：目的确定天王补心丸全方的安神活性部位。方法采用协同睡眠、自主活动、抗惊厥等指标,观察天王补心丸的4个化学部位对小鼠的作用。结果天王补心丸Ⅱ部位对小鼠有较好的协同睡眠、抗惊厥作用,天王补心丸Ⅲ部位对小鼠有较好的抑制自主活动、抗惊厥作用。结论天王补心丸Ⅱ、Ⅲ部位为天王补心丸的安神活性部位。Aim To determine the fraction of relieving uneasiness from Tianwang Buxin Wan. Methods The mice given four different fractions of this drug were observed and were evaluated in terms of assisting sleep, autonomous action and resisting convulsion. Results The fractions Ⅱ from Tianwang Buxin Wan could assist sleep and resist convulsion. The fractions Ⅱ from Tianwang Buxin Wan could restrain autonomous action and resist convulsion. Conclusion The fractions Ⅱ and Ⅲ from Tianwang Buxin Wan were active fractions on relieving uneasiness. KEY WORDS：Tianwang Buxin Wan; Relieving uneasiness; Active fraction
