摘  要:应用电镜及细胞化学技术,观察大鼠淋巴结树突状细胞的超微结构及5′-核苷酸酶的反应。发现有两种形态和分布树突状细胞,即小结树突细胞和交错突细胞。小结树突细胞是见于淋巴小结内一种形状不规则,具有多突的细胞;突起的形状呈多样性且与周围淋巴细胞关系密切,5′-核苷酸酶呈阳性反应。交错突细胞位于副皮质区内,其超微结构特征为细胞一侧的细长指状折叠的突起、大形线粒体及其周围单层排列的粗面内质网;5′-核苷酸酶呈阴性反应。两种树突状细胞形态分布各异,因此其免疫辅佐机能也不尽相同。Ultrastructure and 5'-nucleotidase reation of dendritic cell of rat lymphatic nodes were studied by electron microscope and cytochemical technique. Two kinds of DC different in morphology and distribution were found: follicular dendritic cell and interdigitating cell. The follicalar dendritic cell located in lymphatic follicle with irregular shape and multiple processes. The process was various in shape and related closely with peripheral lymphocytes. The 5'-nucleotidase reation of the cell was positive. The interdigitating cell located in the deep cortex. The ultrastructure showed long thin finger-like interdigitating processes in one side of the cell, large mitochondria and single layer rough endoplasmic reticulum in periphery. The 5'-nucleotidase reation of the cell was negative. The two kind cells were quite different in morphology and distribution and this provided different ageing effect in the immunity.
